ACCOUNT

  • Step 1: Complete the Style Profile.
    Step 2: Sign up for subscription ($90)
    Step 3: You'll receive a phone call from Kimberly within 72 hours to discuss and clarify your Style Profile.
    Step 4: Eagerly await your Edit.
    Step 5: Try on your dresses
    Step 6: Return the dresses you don’t love using the postage prepaid label
    Step 7: Leave feedback for your curator

  • If things change, just go ahead and fill out a new Style Profile.

  • You will actually have two passwords. One for your shopping account where you can see your orders and a secret page where we reveal your Edit.

    To reset your shopping account password, just click on the password reset link and you’ll be sent a link via email to reset your password.

    For your secret page, please send us an email at kimberly@shopdressagain.com and we’ll reset it for you.

billing & checkout

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment using prepaid gift cards or checks.

  • After your Edit arrives, you can log in to your Secret Edit Page to purchase any items you’d like to keep by completing checkout.
    Please visit the Returns section for more information regarding your return timeline and how to send back your returns.

  • To checkout for items you want to keep from your Edit (yay!), simply login to your Secret Edit Page and add the items you wish to keep to your cart.

PRICING

  • Just like traditional shopping, the cost depends on what you choose to buy!

    Individual dresses typically start around $25.

    Styling fees are non-transferrable.

  • Nothing takes the fun out of shopping quite like shipping fees, so we offer free shipping and returns on all U.S. orders.

  • Just click this link to track your package.

  • Please visit your Account Shipping page and click ‘Edit.’ Be sure to save your changes.
    Make sure that any address changes are made before your order is placed. If you are enrolled in an automatic plan, make sure that the shipping address on the order email is correct, and change it right away if it isn’t.
    If you notice that the address is incorrect after your order has been placed, please contact us right away.

  • OUR ORDER
    Orders are delivered to you by your local post office (USPS).

    YOUR RETURN
    Returns are prepaid through USPS. Simply drop off your return envelope at your local Post Office or schedule a free USPS pickup! Returns must be scanned in before 4:00 CST on your due date.
    We do not recommend returning your bag through third-party shippers or in stand-alone Post Office mailboxes. This can cause delays and we would never want to bill you incorrectly for items you didn't keep.

  • Give it a day or so. In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours early.
    Verify the shipping address on your account.
    Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
    Look around the delivery location for your package (check side or back doors!)
    Check with your neighbors and with others in your home who may have accepted the package.
    Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
    Contact the carrier for further updates on the status of your delivery.

  • If you can’t return your edit by the 30th, you will be charged for the entire Edit.

  • YOUR RETURN
    Returning unwanted items can be done in a few easy steps! A prepaid return label is included in every Edit.
    Check out on your Secret Edit Page.
    Make sure to leave feedback for your stylist so they can make your next Edit an even better fit for you!
    Neatly place any return items inside the reusable sustainable bag your Edit arrived in.

  • Dog ate your mailer? We've all been there! If you've misplaced your sustainable shipping bag, you can use any appropriately sized and secure mailer or box (like the one your clothes came in!) to send your items back. Then contact us so we can email you another shipping label to print!
